Occupations in Economics

With a degree in Economics, you might work in business, education, government, or the nonprofit sector as a claims adjuster, actuary, collections agent, commodities trader, controller, cost analyst, credit officer, demographer, economist, bank examiner, or other financial professional.

According to the Occupational Outlook Handbook, these professions are expected to grow faster than average over the next ten years, and pay $50,000-$70,000 annually on average.  Most of these professions require a bachelors or masters degree.
