Materials can be picked up at the Circulation Desk in Warrior Hall or the Information Desk at EWCHEC Library in Hutto. Patrons can place a hold to have items waiting at the Warrior Hall Desk or delivered to the EWCHEC Desk. Patrons that live farther than 50 miles from 1001 Leadership Place, Killeen, Texas may also request items for delivery by email or through the United States Postal Service.

A hold is placed on items when they are requested for pick up at their home location or delivery to an alternate location. Holds are created through the library catalog. Items can be picked up at the Circulation Desk for the University Library or the EWCHEC Library Information Desk. Items will remain on hold for 7 days following their arrival at their destination. Holds may also be placed on items using the library account services.

Alternate Location Delivery is available to all faculty, students, and staff of Texas A&M University-Central Texas. Alternate Location Delivery is used to extend access to library materials located at the University Library to the EWCHEC Library in Hutto. Any books, journal articles, or other materials owned by TAMUCT University Library can be temporarily moved to EWCHEC, though some items may not be available for check out. Delivery requests are created through the library catalog.
