The University Library is pleased to be able to provide laptops for check out for your classroom use. The laptop cart is available for checkout by current Texas A&M University-Central Texas faculty and staff on a "first come, first served" basis by RESERVATION ONLY.

Laptop cart contains 20 laptops and 20 laptop chargers
Check out is available Monday through Friday 0800 to 1700. The laptop cart may be reserved for 4 hours blocks, up to 5 days at a time. The cart must be returned at close of business each day for security purposes.

Fines & Fees: Damaged Laptops or parts will be charged to you at replacement cost. Fines may be assessed after the time of check-in if damage is discovered later. If not returned within 7 days after the due date, the device will be presumed lost. All your library privileges will be suspended and you will be charged the full replacement cost plus non-refundable late charges.
ATTENTION: by placing a reservation, I understand that the laptop cart will be checked out in my name under my library account. I accept full responsibility for the care and custody of the Library equipment charged to me from the University Library. In addition, I agree to abide by Texas A&M University-Central Texas policy, which states, to use the equipment in accordance to standards of honesty and personal conduct. The University Library will not be responsible for any damages suffered including loss of data resulting from delay, non-deliveries, service interruptions, or inaccurate information. I accept personal responsibility for any information obtained via the Internet or other electronic sources. It is recommended that you remove all of your personal information and photos before returning the laptop. The University Library will erase all added application and restore the laptop to the original settings during routine maintenance.
Reserve a classroom laptop cart using this form. Select the date you wish to pick up the laptops and then the date you wish to return them. After selecting the dates, you will be asked to complete a form. The library will contact you with a confirmation within one business day.
