Library Requests

The library has many services that we offer to help you achieve your goals and make it through school. Many of these services can be requested online through forms that let various areas of the library know that you need help with something. Below, you will find a list of these forms. Let us know if there is a form you don't see that you wish we offered online!

Class Instruction Request
Copy Services Departmental/Organizational Transfer of Funds Form The form can be downloaded from the Copier, Color Printing and Scanning box on the Copy Center Services page.
E-Resource Support Ticket You can ask the following sorts of questions here: Reference and research questions; Database or article access; Basic library information; Student laptop or technology equipment lending.
Fine Appeal Request
Gifts In-Kind Form and Guidelines Guidelines for donations of any kind, including books, money, and journal subscriptions, are discussed here. You will also find the Gift Form that will be submitted along with your donation.
Guest User Information Form Texshare card holder, Warrior Connect Form holder, or Alumni card holder can apply for TAMUCT Card
Interlibrary Loan Request
Material Reconsideration Form The University Library and Archives welcomes comments on its collections. Requests for reconsideration of a specific library item may be submitted by students, faculty and staff of A&M-Central Texas and members of the local community.
Material Request Form (Including for Hutto and Distance Learners) Request the library pull your item before you arrive. For Hutto or distance learners, order items for delivery.
One-on-One Appointment Request
Proxy Checkout User Authorization This form allows faculty and staff to designate an alternate, proxy user for their library account, who can check out materials on their behalf. The faculty or staff member requesting this designation should complete the form.
Reserve a Study Room or Classroom
Suggest a Purchase This link will take you to the Collection Development page, where you can suggest material purchases using the form located at the bottom of the page.
Suggestion Box This suggestion box is intended to provide an opportunity for library staff and faculty to make suggestions, ask questions, or express concerns anonymously.
Tech for Success - Long-Term Technology Loan Program We can lend qualifying students a laptop for an entire semester. Long-Term Technology Loans at A&M-Central Texas are free to check out, and are loaned on a first-come, first-served basis.
