The University Library collects one copy of each textbook used in a TAMUCT course. These textbooks are available for four-hour, in-house checkouts at the University Library in Warrior Hall. Textbooks are purchased (as funding allows) using the bookstore's textbook list, which is published several weeks before the start of the new semester. Books that are late additions to courses may not be purchased in a timely manner, and will be late to arrive. The TAMUCT Textbooks and the Teacher's Editions are located behind the circulation desk. The student editions of KISD textbooks are located in the reference collection.
The University Library also purchases a representative collection of state-adopted textbooks used by area schools in Killeen, Copperas Cove, Harker Heights, Belton, and Temple. These textbooks are housed behind the circulation desk at the University Library in Warrior Hall. The University Library owns the teacher's edition of each textbook, and may only lend them to TAMUCT curriculum and instruction students. This collection is updated yearly as funding allows.
